In particular, Rick was very thorough and transparent and walked us through all the details. Was notified about a recall for my 2025 Chevy Silverado 3500HD. They got me in right away and repaired the vehicle in 1 day, when I expected it to be at least a couple of days if not weeks. Arrived with a "Check Engine" light on my truck. They looked at it and shortly found out that it was on of the snow plow cables that was tucked under the grill that was preventing the levers to open, preventing air to get to the engine. Problem solved in a matter of minutes. Great job!!
