had a issue with my 2024 Silverado with the window faling down and a exhaust noise, i was able to drop if off then for repair, theadvisor called me andthe part was not available until the next morning. i left the vehicle overnight and was called the next morning that the repairs were completed. Fast and courteious service.
They did a good job on the repair and got me in quickly. I thought it was very expensive to begin with then in the end it was more than quoted Felt I had no choice but to pay it.
It was a great experience dealing with Nye Chevy. Everything went easy and smoothly. I’ll probably be back.

I did not use the service department at this time, I bought a new Silverado instead. I'm very happy with that choice and enjoyed the whole experience. Nye Chevy is a great dealer to work with.

The dealership itself was 5 star. Good service and helpful. GM earned a 1 star. The sound issue has been a well documented issue since the day I bought the truck. The many videos on YouTube as to how to circumvent the issue, along with a conversation I had with someone from GM, acknowledge the problem. It hasn’t been fixed with updates, and the fact that I had to pay labor charges for a problem GM has been unable to solve in a brand new vehicle is ridiculous. NYE Chevrolet always goes beyond what other dealerships do. I have had many issues with my 2025 Equinox, none of which are NYE Chevrolet’s fault but a fault of the build from General Motors. My 2025 Equinox is currently sitting in their lot dead, awaiting a backordered part for the Onstar Telematics Module which Onstar provides to GM. I am told it’s approximately a two month wait. Went in for a regular service on my 2021 GMC Terrain. They were able to get me in earlier than my appointment time and the got to working on my vehicle right away. Before they did the oil change, they found an issue with the oil pan. They immediately informed me of the defect and that they were able to complete the repair immediately.
