I did not use the service department at this time, I bought a new Silverado instead. I'm very happy with that choice and enjoyed the whole experience. Nye Chevy is a great dealer to work with.

I went in for a transmission flush service. They got my vehicle right in and kept me informed all through the service. The service was completed and the price was exactly what I was quoted. The service center is very reliable and honest. If you need service on your Chevy I can recommend Bye Chevy.

The dealership itself was 5 star. Good service and helpful. GM earned a 1 star. The sound issue has been a well documented issue since the day I bought the truck. The many videos on YouTube as to how to circumvent the issue, along with a conversation I had with someone from GM, acknowledge the problem. It hasn’t been fixed with updates, and the fact that I had to pay labor charges for a problem GM has been unable to solve in a brand new vehicle is ridiculous. Again, the dealership was not the issue, GM’s “this isn’t covered under the bumper to bumper warranty” is the issue. As a follow up, Service manager Jake is helping me navigate resolving this problem with GM…that’s service!
The service was handled very well and the service writer kept me informed as the service was being done.

NYE Chevrolet always goes beyond what other dealerships do. I have had many issues with my 2025 Equinox, none of which are NYE Chevrolet’s fault but a fault of the build from General Motors. My 2025 Equinox is currently sitting in their lot dead, awaiting a backordered part for the Onstar Telematics Module which Onstar provides to GM. I am told it’s approximately a two month wait. My car won’t run as the faulty part drains the battery. So I wait, but at least I have been given a loaner to drive. Thank you NYE Chevrolet both Sales and Service Departments for working with us to get things taken care of.
