Powerful & Strong SUVs: Introducing The 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe & Suburban

There are a few things the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban have in common, like how they are both full-size SUVs and have similar interior styles. Even though there are similarities, some significant differences help consumers tell each vehicle apart, whether it’s from the price difference or the size of each vehicle. The Suburban is longer by 15 inches between the two SUVs, but an easy way to tell these vehicles apart is by the side windows.
The interior of the Suburban is more spacious than the Tahoe, which offers 42 cubic feet of cargo space, compared to the Tahoe’s 26 cubic feet of cargo space. This doesn’t mean that the Chevy Tahoe doesn’t offer a roomy interior because that is not true; passengers will still ride comfortably in the Tahoe. These SUVs usually fit eight passengers but also can add a three-passenger bench as the front seat to accommodate the SUV to hold nine passengers.
All interior features look almost identical for the Suburban and Tahoe, ranging from its interior design, base LS trim 8-inch touchscreen, LT model 10.2-inch touchscreen, and 12.0-inch digital gauge cluster. Both SUVs have a standard 5.3-liter V-8 engine and rear-wheel drive, which produces 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque. The Chevy Tahoe is a little cheaper because it’s a bit smaller in size, but no matter which SUV is chosen, there will be no disappointment.
Chevy Console-Mounted Safe
A remarkable feature most vehicles don’t have is a console-mounted safe, but the Chevy Tahoe and Suburban do. This safe helps provide a locked storage space for all valuables inside these full-size SUVs. The console-mounted safe is available for certain trim levels and costs $230 to be installed. Initially, the safe was only available for the 2021 Chevy Tahoe and the 2021 Chevy Suburban.
Two other vehicles offer this feature: the GMC Yukon SUV and the GMC Hummer EV. Regarding the 2023 Tahoe and Suburban, the console-mounted safe is available for the base LS trim level unless the consumer uses the split-bench front seat instead. The trim levels that don’t offer this feature are the LT, RST, and Z71.
Every safe is built from gauge steel and measures 11 inches in height, 16.25 inches in length, and 13.62 inches in width. The Chevy Tahoe and Suburban are the top-selling full-size SUVs in their segment, which is no surprise because both vehicles are so popular. Both SUVs also gained improved Automatic Parking Assist, an Advanced Technology Package, and much more.
New Technology Package Arrives
The 2023 Chevy Tahoe and the 2023 Chevy Suburban offer a new advanced technology package. This new package for these Chevy vehicles is attached to the Premier and High Country trim levels. This package arrives after a recent transmission upgrade for these cars. The Chevy Tahoe and Suburban are both large SUVs, and the package has many updates and improvements. Chevrolet has been updating its entire lineup, not just these vehicles. As well as many automakers, Chevrolet is working on their EV game while still trying to improve its combustion engine lineup.
